(1) In a while -  थोड़ी देर में 


Rule : Sentence + in a while

✓ Example.

(a) I shall go in a while.

          मैं थोड़ी देर में जाऊँगा |

(b) She will come in a while.

         वह थोड़ी देर में आयेगी |


👉 Note : इस तरह के वाक्यों में "In a while" का प्रयोग वाक्य के अंत में होता है |

(2) So then -  तो फिर 


Rule : So then + sentence

✓ Example.
(a) So then what do I do ?

            तो फिर मैं क्या करुँ ?

 (b) So then when will you come ?

         तो फिर तुम कब आओगे ?

(3) Let it be - रहने दो


Rule : You + let it be + sentence

✓ Example.
(a) You let it be I go.

          तुम रहने दो मैं जाता हूँ |

       (b) You let it be I'll do.

          तुम रहने दो मैं कर दूँगा |

(4) One after another - एक के बाद एक

Rule : Sentence + one after another 

✓ Example.
(a) You are making mistakes one after another.

 तुम एक के बाद एक गलतियाँ कर रहे हो |

(b) You are buying mobile one after another.

 तुम एक के बाद एक मोबाइल खरीद रहे हो |

(5) A lot - बहुत 


Rule : Sub + has  / have + started + v-4 + a lot

✓ Example.
(a) You have started speaking a lot.

         तुम बहुत बोलने लगे हो |

  (b) You have started screaming a lot.

         तुम बहुत चिल्लाने लगे हो |

(6) The root cause of all the troubles.

              (सारी मुसीबत की जड़ )

Rule : Sub + helping verb + the root cause of all the troubles

✓ Example.
(a) You are the root cause of all the troubles.

        सारी मुसीबत की जड़ तुम हो |

(b) I am the root cause of all the troubles.

       सारी मुसीबत की जड़ मैं हूँ |

(7) As a matter of fact - सच तो यह है कि 


Rule : As a matter of fact + sentence

✓ Example.
(a) As a matter of fact, I don't want to talk to you.

सच तो यह है कि मैं तुमसे बात करना नहीं चाहता हूँ |

(b) As a matter of fact, you are good for nothing.

सच तो यह है कि तुम किसी काम की नहीं हो |

(8) It's own feel - अपना ही मजा


Rule : V-4 + noun + has / had + it's own feel

✓ Example.
(a) Taking tea has it's own feel.

      चाय पीने का अपना ही मजा है |

 (b) Talking to you had it's own feel.

    तुमसे बात करने का अपना ही मजा था |

(9) To a great extent - काफी हद तक 


Rule : To a great extent + sentence

✓ Example.
(a) To a great extent he speaks good english.

काफी हद तक वह अच्छी अंग्रेजी बोलता है |

(b) To a great extent you are right person.

     काफी हद तक आप सही ब्यक्ति हैं |

(10) How about / what about - कैसा रहेगा


Rule : How about / what about + v-4 + ob.

✓ Example.
(a) How about eating pizza.

       पिज़्ज़ा खाना कैसा रहेगा |

 (b) What about playing cricket.

       क्रिकेट खेलना कैसा रहेगा |

(11) Can bet - दावे के साथ कह सकना


Rule : Sub + can bet + sentence..

✓ Example.
(a) I can bet he is not right for you.

मैं दावे के साथ कह सकता हूँ , वह तुम्हारे लिए सही नहीं है |

(b) I can bet she will not come.

मैं दावे के साथ कह सकता हूँ , वह नहीं आयेगी |

(12)  Two bit - दो कौड़ी का


*  Rule : Sub + helping verb + two bit + ob.

✓ Example.
(a) He is a two bit man.

           वह दो कौड़ी का आदमी है |

 (b) I don't want to meet that two bit man.

उस दो कौड़ी के इंसान से मैं मिलना नहीं चाहता हूँ |

(13) Instead of - के बजाय , के बदले 


Rule : Sentence + instead of + ob.

✓ Example.
(a) I'm taking tea instead of coffee.

           काफी के बदले मैं चाय पी रहा हूँ |

 (b) I ate food with my brother instead of eating alone.

अकेले खाने के बजाय मैं अपने भाई के साथ खाना खाया |

(14) Having to - पड़ रहा है, पड़ रहे हैं, पड़ रही है


Rule : Sub + is, am, are + having to + v-1 + ob.

✓ Example.
(a) I'm having to learn computer.

         मुझे कंप्यूटर सीखना पड़ रहा है 
 
  (2) He is having to read daily.

        उसे रोज पढ़ना पड़ रहा है |

(15) As for now - फिलहाल

Rule : As for now + sentence
✓ Example.
(a) As for now I'm working now.

       फिलहाल मैं अभी काम कर रहा हूँ |

(b) As for now I can't help you.

   फिलहाल मैं तुम्हारी मदद नहीं कर सकता |
